These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Infoesearch IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("Infoesearch", "we", "us"). They govern your use of our websites and our products and services, including mSUBS, mTRACKER, mDUBS, and mSHIELD. Please read them carefully. Paid engagements may also be subject to a separate master services agreement, which prevails in case of conflict.
By accessing or using our websites or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use our websites and services for their intended business purpose, subject to these Terms and any applicable order or agreement.
Where an account or credentials are provided, you are responsible for keeping them confidential and for all activity under them. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend access to protect the security or integrity of the services.

Our total liability arising out of or relating to the services will not exceed the amounts paid by you to us for the services giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding it.
You agree to indemnify and hold Infoesearch harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the services or breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of Hyderabad, Telangana will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise for consumers.
